FLEX is a challenging whole body mat based fitness method that blends music driven unique mindful movements with high energy consisting of little to no impact. A balanced, highly effective, collective movement practice that embodies techniques from pilates, strength training, barre and yoga. The fast pace of the class, high-energy of the instructor, and seamless transitions between exercises gives a great cardio workout as well! All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat with your yoga mat, sweat towel, and water. Barre socks or indoor sneakers are optional, or you can practice barefoot.

Mat Pilates

This class utilizes key principles of Classic Mat Pilates: Breath, Posture alignment, Core stability and Slow controlled movement. Get ready to feel the burn & have fun with the use of fitness props like light weights, bands, the magic circle, ankle weights & body weight on your mat! This class will build your heart rate up while keeping movements low impact to protect your joints!
All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat with your yoga mat, sweat towel, and water. Barre socks are optional, or you can practice barefoot.

Sculpt & Sweat

Total body HIIT style workout where you will rotate through strength-focused exercises that alternate between muscle groups and may vary in duration, rep, pace or interval. Mixed with bursts of cardio, you’ll build strength, improve endurance and maximize results. This class brings the energy with upbeat music and a serious challenge! Get ready to sweat. All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat with your yoga mat, sweat towel, and water. Indoor sneakers are optional.
